Mansfield sidewalks are too narrow and hazardous with the planters and steps. The parklette adds a wonderful place to sit and relax.

Council rolled out the carpet to DJB, certainly not with a promise of success but with strong signals that it wanted businesses in Downtown where people could gather, especially at night. Now that DJB is overflowing on some nights, this is not the time to penalize this business for their hard work and commitment to revitalizing Downtown.

Keep them please, makes easier to bring children, after church, since they were up we are now spending more money locally, fly squirrel is a daily stop, and a sit.

KEEP THE PARKLETTE! It encourages downtown foot traffic. It is aesthetically appealing, adding a certain charm to downtown. City council, what are your reasons for wanting to remove it? Unless it is a safety concern affecting a large number of Mansfieldians, then your are far outstepping your bounds and over reaching your authority.
If I had a news paper, i would roll it up and hit you with it, like a bad dog. NO! NO! BAD! You are civic servants. Your job is to serve the interests of the public. Not trifle in business affairs. Get your nose out of where it doesn't belong! The parklette STAYS! I'm not asking you I AM TELLING YOU!
