It is never acceptable to make a decision like this without the imput and advice of the community impacted.

Caltrans and NBCUniversal officials obviously do not live in the Cahuenga Pass as I have for the last thirty years. Like thousands of my neighbors, I use the Barham off ramp every day!!! Obviously, M. Labonge does not and could not care less about the citizens whose interests he has been elected to represent...

Closing this ramp is a completely useless idea. Traffic in the area is bad enough as is and this would just add to more bottlenecking overall. I can't count the number of hours I've wasted in traffic around here and that's even with having the ramp open. Do not close it, please.

We need our time too. This area because of the Hollywood bowl is a nightmare with traffic. This will cause more road rage and accidents due to the traffic backup and no off Ramps. Why take away the one off ramp that gives drivers a peace of mind to stay away from the craziness that the Hollywood bowl causes. This will make a lot of people in the area move and businesses will close because of this. This is not a smart move for the community as a whole. It's is a selfish act.

Please do not remove an off-ramp to add an on-ramp. This will exacerbate an already bad situation for residents who are already inconvenienced by all the Bowl traffic! If the new on-ramp is too close to the (necessary) existing offramp, either: 1. reconfigure it such that it works, 2. Don't add it, or 3. reconfigure/replace the existing offramp such that they all work. Thank you.

The Barham exit is the one I use from the valley. I have never gone on a Universal tour and don't expect that I ever will. There must be a way for their expansion to continue with inconveniencing, perhaps even endangering ( in terms of emergency vehicle access ) their neighbours.

It is critical to keep this offramp for access to my condo on Hillpark Drive, Los Angeles

What, is LA traffic not bad enough?

I work at the hill cleaners, I wouldn't want my job to lose business nor the other people around me to lose business because the barham ramp is closed.

Keep it open...we need every opportunity possible to get people OFF the 101! Have you driven on it lately? The 101 needs progress, not corporate greed if it's ever going to get better.

To get a better idea of the lack of concerned Universal's management has for its Hollywood Hills neighbors, take a look at: http://www.dot.ca.gov/dist07/resources/envdocs/docs/Addendum-to-NBC-Universal_Signed.

It would severely impact my commute and add additional stressful driving time to him every day routine so I would be devastated if this were to happen
