I work in Hollywood & live in Burbank. The Barham exit is what I take every day. Driving to Lankershim will not only put more time on my commute but also more gasoline.

I live in Burbank, right above Glenoaks. If I took the Lankershim off ramp, that puts me way out of my way. Has anyone seen how conjested that area is now. Just think if all those cars getting off on Barham were getting off on Lankershim. Nightmare. We worked all day and just want to get home. Don't make out commute any longer than it already is. This idea is insane.

The current closure has created traffic that adds 15-20 minutes to running "quick" errands on Ventura Blvd. This is a quality of life issue for those of us in the area.

There are too many people who use and need access to this ramp, please Caltrans, listen to the residents, and elected officials, hear your constituents

I am a tax payer my voice should count and I do not want this exit closed permanently

this is an unethical closure which has already increased traffic hideously. Big corporation throwing their weight around with no regard for the residents of the area or the commuters traveling. So long as they get their ride!

I think one needs only determine which corrupt Caltrans individual who approved this tourist-friendly, tax-paying resident-insulting project and AUDIT them to see how much Universal paid them to approve this BS. Combined with the "Los Fezil" sign they recently approved and put up and you need no further proof that the company is in need of a major overhaul.

I go through this area at least 3 times per week, and it's already a "gauntlet." Fewer options will be catastrophic.

Who's stupid idea was this?? Was that offramp causing a problem? Not having it there certainly will. Horrible planning!!

This off ramp is used by many who live west of hollywood. Forcing us to go through the heart of Hollywood is ignorant traffic planning.

It is outrageous that Universal has co opted Caltrans and that thousands of residents are put at risk. There are now miles of highway southbound on the 101 without an exit (betwLankershim and Highland). Many evenings, Highland is backed up to a standstill. Keep the Barham Offramp open.

Traffic is horrible. Closing this ramp will make it even worse! Leave it open!!!

The traffic is horrible as it is. Why are you making it worse for us who have to live in the Cahuenga Pass?

This is absolutely disastrous for or neighborhood !!! No only are we now going to be in lengthy traffic to get home, we have to tell the elderly that we are caring for , that it is going to be much later till we arrive home to feed them. & care for their needs .

The hill community needs less road congestion. We are getting locked in or out by traffic.
