I taught at AOLP for 5 years and loved the faculty and students. I am deeply saddened by this announcement. Please reconsider closing such a wonderful school in all areas.

We loved the school and planned our Catholic life around our children there.

The school is great and attend a lot of kids that need full Time care like 3-4 years old. At least please keep the preschool and kindergarten that have great attendance.

At a time when the world needs to keep God in our lives, closing Catholic schools will do just the opposite.

I fully support this important initiative to keep AOLP open as it is a critical pillar to our community and surrounding towns.

AOLP has provided so many families with an alternative to public schooling. We relied on the safe, small and religious based academics to create a foundation in our children that will carry them through life.

AOLP is the only school my son has known. A true second home and extended family. The teachers there have prepared him well for highschool and the entire school community has fostered his development into a well-rounded young man.

Keep Catholic schools open! Parents need an alternative to secular education for their children. God belongs in our schools.

A wonderful school, second home, childhood treasure. Please allow more children to have the experience that I had for 10 years. Class of 1995!

Please keep this beautiful school open. Catholic school education is second to none. These children will be enriched for the rest of their lives. There is no other education, environment , or community that is greater or stronger than what a catholic school can provide. I am saying so many prayers that it remain open and hopeful that God will hear our prayers.

One additional comment, as I am so fired up about this. We should get the Mayor and local politicians involved to explain what a negative economic impact this will have on our community in so many ways. For example, the loss of AOLP events will mean less business for local caterers. The loss of parents will mean less shopping in town. It goes on and on. Let's get everyone in NP involved with this !
