No bail must be granted for the alleged accused for stock theft. It will be unfair and it’s painful to such accused in z streets later again they commit similar acts.

These is the sad reality that the law has turned a blind eye to.Especially us the communal farmers are losing big and tomorrow the thief is out on bail.its sad to lose a whole lineage of 10 cattle and see the perpetrator go free.if he is not found with the meat then he walks free.The law is failing us
