I believe that fostering community spirit and supporting events such as the Aldeburgh carnival is key to keeping small businesses and towns alive. The council should be doing all they can to help this wonderful event continue to be successful.

Friendly staff and a good fun addition to the carnival brings more people and spend more time and money while visiting. Why ruin a long and lasting old time tradition I say.

The Stocks have been coming to Aldeburgh as long as I can remember. Surely tradition is more important than money. We need something to look forward to whilst we are in these uncertain times.

Stocks Family has been a big part of our family for over 30 yrs.
It wouldn't hurt those " posh millionaires" in there big posh homes to pay the rent for the Fair to stand there. After all they enjoy the fair as much as anyone else.
