as a non-heterosexual person, little details like this mean everything to me. i was very excited when it aired and would be very sad if it will be cancelled or censored. i knew i wasnt heterosexual from a very young age but denied it since i saw no one like myself on tv, and i dont want it to happen to other children.

I agree with this petition 100%. However, I hope that the creator of the petition will add more detail to the description. In its current form, this petition sounds just as angry and childish as the petition to censor the episode. It is important to show the we, the people who are against censoring loving relationships, show that we are educated on the issue. I think this petition would serve it's purpose better IF the creator puts in information about the gems being "agender" as Rebecca Sugar has said. Furthermore, it would behoove the creator to bring in the "points" from the petition to censor "Jailbreak" and counter them with logic and compassion.

I completely agree with this. Things like this being shown on TV are perfectly fine. How about we start teaching kids that LGBT relationships are perfectly fine?

The Gems are all non-binary, and MOGII/LGBTAQ+ representation is so important - if a kid sees Queer characters if they figure out they identify in some way as queer, they won't feel so scared and alone and alien in their feelings.

There is nothing wrong with same-sex relationships. People who cannot see this as a good thing, are clearly immature and ridiculous. The kiss was simply on the eye. Where is the crime in that? Steven Universe makes a wonderful show for teaching viewers that gender doesn't matter.
