Leave Spring Ridge. Children and families need consistency. They are closer to the school then other neighborhoods that are not up for debate.

As close as this school is to our neighborhood, it's insane to even consider moving our kids elsewhere.

I am signing this so my nephews Teo and Jax Brown remain at their school, which is closer to their home.

It's time to seriously consider making North Fulton its own county. Having decisions made by people who live 45 minutes away and who couldn't care less about us and our kids is not the proper solution. We've been dismissed. We've been ignored. And now the bullying has already started at school as kids in safe neighborhoods jump on the opportunity to make fun of those that are being forced to move.

Our child is scheduled to be relocated after attending Northwood for four years. He will move for two years and then not join his new classmates in their middle school (Autry Mills)but be relocated again to Haynes bridge after a two year exile. Let's stop treating children as products moved from shelf to shelf and instead treat them as people who are "at risk". All children need a nurturing environment where they can count on "adults" to make decisions in their best interest. Our children should embrace school and not be afraid if it. If we continue with the plans on the table there will be some children who adversly effecte without sound reasoning behind the change. When this decision is final, I would like an administrator to explain it to him.

We have a faulty redistricting process - the map proposed by FCS is wrong!

The board answers to no one?
To get the the truth for ignoring data follow the money trail?
Who is receiving the kickback?
Do I already know the answer to these questions?

There is NO reason to redistrict these kids to a school further away. This makes no sense!!!

I agree - it's disheartening to see the childrens' best interest is NOT at heart. What is the point of moving them to a new school to make new friends if they won't be moving to middle school with them?? Clearly the bigger picture wasn't thought of here and it's so frustrating to see the impact on our kids! We are in Haynes Landing - facing the issue of what to do if this happens!

My daughter's friends live in Spring Ridge. I hope that officials care more about the children and their friends than their own political and financial interests.
