As a retired law enforcement officer, I have observed that few things demoralize a community more than incomplete justice. This inmate committed a heinous, brutal murder, and has yet to show the slightest remorse for his actions. Paroling him would only serve to victimize the family and the community even further, and further erode the public’s already tenuous trust in the criminal justice system.

I was the investigating officer that put Shane in prison. I saw 1st hand what he did to Beth. He didn’t just kill her, he mutilated her. He deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison!

I remember the week of your mother's death! Rhonda Clifton was my sister in law at the time which was Shane's step sister. Know that Rhonda broke down when she heard the news of your mother's passing. She blamed herself and was grieved for what Shane did. I am sorry about your loss

He does not deserve to get out of prison! It was a pre meditated gruesome crime he committed against an innocent woman! Her little girl had to grow up without her mother! He needs to stay in prison to protect any other people from experiencing another horrific crime!

DEFINITELY KEEP HIM LOCKED UP !! The system needs to do right this time for beth, family, friends, relatives and everyone. Everyone knew he was a threat to her and society. She relied on the system to protect her and it did her WRONG ! The system needs to do right by her and the family and get it right this time. Keep Shane in prison. Police lawyers judges courts all the system knew what was going to happen and it will happen again if they let him out. Keep them in prison.
