Please keep Shane Frisbie in prison so women everywhere are safe. He took Beth Garber's life and her family members have to live without her and knowing how violently she died. He needs to stay in prison and remember that he took a life. She doesn't have freedom, he shouldn't either.

I no longer live in the area but I remember this well. It’s sad we (taxpayers) have to pay to keep this scum incarcerated. He should have been put to death.
With that said, please keep NW Ohio safe. (Or anywhere this vile excuse for a human being may roam) please keep him behind bars for life!

My siter was murdered by her husband in 1997 and lthey were going to let him out in Feb of this year after only serving 24 years of a 80 year sentence. We went to Madison and fought the release and won but, he is up for parole in April and we will have to fight every year to keep him in. Prayers that they do not release your sisters killer.
