This is a petition to keep Shane Frisbie in jail after just 25 years after he killed my mother.

February 15th 1998, my mother Beth Ann Garber was brutally murdered by her ex boyfriend. After she left his domestic violence situation, he stalked her before finally ending her life. It has come to light that she isn’t the first one he stalked or harmed, just the first one that he was successful at killing.

I was 6 years old at the time. I have went 25 years without my mother. She never got to see me grow, never got to see me succeed but mostly she never gets to meet her grandchildren.

Watching the signature count climb toward one hundred reminds me that my mother is not a forgotten memory. Please send this link to your contacts right now so we can hit that mark and ensure the board sees how many people refuse to let her killer walk free.

I was the investigating officer that put Shane in prison. I saw 1st hand what he did to Beth. He didn’t just kill her, he mutilated her. He deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison!

I lived in Edgerton when this happened. In fact, my brother Mike had a date with your Mother a few days after the horrific incident by this monster that took her life. He needs to be incarcerated forever. God bless you.

The thought of this man being released is absolutely sickening. He took a life, deliberately. A “few” years in prison don’t even begin to bring justice to the victim and her family. Justice would be that he spends the rest of his natural life behind bars - a small cost compared to the cost of his crime.

He needs to never get out, he took her away from her daughter, he didn't give her a chance to live just because she left him. Her daughter had to grow up with only memories that Beth's family shared with her. He is dangerous to the community and society.

I worked in the building where this happened. I was not working on that specific day, but remember vividly how it affected everyone. God rest her soul. He needs to remain behind bars forever.
