The man who sexually assaulted my my granddaughter, Patrick Kelly Jr., has a bail reduction hearing today. We need asmany people to back us up when we go tomorrow to keep him in jail. It is very important to our family because this man is her biological father. Someone like this does NOT deserve a reduction in BAIL... UNLESS you can give a reduction of the HORROR he put a child through...
This is disgusting. No child should be sexually abused. I was and it's traumatic! This man deserves to be in jail!

I used to hear his daughter scream all the time when he lived upstairs from me and when I confronted him he said it was because he used to wake him up early. He used to drink and drive with her in the car all the time too. And his mother is as crazy as him/ She belongs in an institution. Keep him where he is.

I suggest creating a petition to Filipino national government with emails and on ofificila sotes and Facebook pages(pr other governmemnts to thsoe who are not Filipino)of giving castration and life imprisonment to those who tortured and injured and killed violently like this, rapists and those who tried to rape as well, even if teher was no penetration. To establish procedure of giving evidence due to poligraphs, detectors of lie. to establish cameras in many parts of building and streets as possible,c . Because teher are many cases when rapist repeat the crimes and cruelty after serving in prison. They should be isolated and deprived of opportunity to rape again. and change the law allowing to injure rapists and robbers in self defense and during protecting of victims. 2.Other casese of Family cruelty. 1) When you are witness of cruelty on the street or in family record secretly the video. When you hear children screaming and crying miserable, please do not ignore and tru to fond out what happened and address local or find in Google or Facebook pages groups for Domestic Violence Victims Helpline, Domestic Violence Victims Support, Domestic Violence Victims Rehabilitation centers. When you see cruelty on the street somewhere else, try to figure out and follow them secretly where they learn, record it. 2) Make attempt to help without endangering yourself. At least try to talk to the aggressor if their children are unwanted peacefully. Show victims you care. Write om paper ;show the aggressor link and group, link and names of articles about anger managment. 3) Complicated case!!!!And what do you offer and advise to do when neighbours hear screams of domestic violence and witness it(I was a witness) but did not see the exact place where neighbours ran and fought and how did they look? 5.
