He needs to do his maximum time and his victim has a life sentence and so does her family this man is a monster and menace to society look at his record I would be horrifically terrified to know he was released early after the crime of killing an innocent young girl due to the fact she said NO to his sexual advances it was he right and it was NOT his right to take her life please do not release this monster so that he can kill again and think it is ok because he didn't have to spend all his time behind bars.

Michelle was my brothers girlfriend. Scott was a so called friend of myh brother. He is sick person. He helped cut up her body and she was not Totally dead and they continued to cut up his body. In jail he works out all the tyime. And I feel with all the rage he had he will be violent with others. He has destroy michelle family. What her sister and aunt live with this over and over in their head. They live in prison them selves with this pain,because of sweet michelle violent murder due to scott. He does not deserve to be out when so many people are still suffering the loss of michelle, this was a brutal murder and yes he is guilty he confessed. Keep him in prison because he has not paid enough time in prison to make up for a loss of a young girl. Thank you and do the right thing.
