Assuming that all the facts I have just read here are accurate (I was informed of the case only this morning for the first time) the Cardinal Virtue of
JUSTICE demands that this individual remain in confinement for life. I also add my prayers for Michelle Marie Hayes and her family.

I remember this crime vividly as many of us do. This man shattered lives ruthlessly and selfishly. We, the innocent, do not deserve to have this man back in our world and his actions are not deserving of any kind of parole. A man on parole in san francisco just stabbed an innocent woman. Everyone points fingers when people who murder do it again - especially after spending his days learning more criminal behavior in jail. He is a threat to anyone who comes in his path. Don't give him one
