I believe when a person takes the life of another person that their entire sentence should be served. The brutality of this crime should have carried a life sentence.

Scott Grant should serve every second of his 40 year sentence. He should be registered as a sex offender as well. Justice for Michelle, who never even had the chance to have the luxury this monster gets, of having a free home and 3 meals a day and libraries, college, all the "prison privilege" that this rapist, this torturous evil man gets free!
That isn't Justice! At least fulfill the sentence!!!
