The state shouldnt even think of an early release for this person. To let this guy loose in society is unthinkable. I doubt if his personality or actions since this murder are any better than they were. I for one get tired of the parole board letting people like this out until they have completed their full term.

I remember this horrific story as I was in High School at the time. It still brings chills! I can't even imagine the terror that Michelle must have endured. Her life was taken and she was such a young, beautiful girl. She will not be able to ever know what it is like to have a family or a career - the things we take for granted. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. Michelle is an angel in Heaven!! Scott will rot in Hell!! Keep this monster locked up so it doesn't happen again!

I did not know the woman personally but to murder someone and cut off there legs Unreal!!! Deserves to rot in jail. He should have gotten the death penalty. Let this sicko rot in jail. God will get him.....
