I remember this case like it was yesterday. I was only 13 at the time, but something like this stays with you. What was done to Michelle was horrible and I cannot believe Scott was not given life in prison for killing her. He should have to serve every single day of his 40 year sentence. I wish it was longer.

We need reform in the judicial system itself. It has became very lax over the years and has patronized the perpetrators instead of protecting the innocent victims! We need to make examples out of these criminals with much Harsher punisents so that others will see we mean BUSINESS and so they will
Think twice Before they go out and do the same thing! I also believe in the death penalty for murder, that needs to be enforced more, save taxpayer dollars money on keeping these criminals alive in these "country clubs" we call prison! HA! Mr. Judge, how would you feel if that was your son or daughter who was murdered??? Bet you would feel the same way!
