Raping, killing and dismembering this 17 year old girl is beyond belief. He should never get out, but needs to do his full time.

Why is he even being considered for parole if gets gets released I will lose more faith on the justice than I have already I just don't get it. And crimes like this I feel should come with some sort of physical punishment.

I remember this horrible deed, and I believe this criminal should have gotten life without parole for the rape, murder, and dismemberment. What kind of an animal can cut up another human being? I don't care how old he was at the time he needs to be in prison and never see the light of day again....

Keep the murder behind bars and maybe God will take him in prison and justice will be served. And that will be one less rapist to do harm to another women and give this family some peace of mind. I pray he stays in the hell, he chose.
