The original conviction should have NEVER been overturned!! 17 or 70 he should have received LIFE in prison with NO possibility of parole!

He dismembered this child... He should rot in jail for the rest of his life.... A child.. Someone's child... He has no regard for human life why should we care about his. He should stay right where he his and think about this beautiful young life he took. Took from her mother, father, family and friends. I'm sure if it was the other way around his family would cry for justice. So let justice be served.. Let him serve his full sentence!
