We chose to pay & play for a coach & club that respects the commitment we play as a competitive team. Kids are all at different levels, but I respect the knowledge & experience Scott brought to the club. He trained the girls & gave his best & grew my daughter’s skills because she gives the commitment Scott demands...I don’t think that approach was wrong. I think parents should talk to their players & ask the tough question if they want to play at a competitive level, they need to own that to be successful (in any program or club)!
