I have been hearing from so many families about the positive influence Scott has had on our kids during his time here. These stories prove exactly why we need him to continue leading our program. We are currently working on how best to present this feedback to the board so they understand the strength of our community.

Seeing this kind of backing for Coach Scott shows just how much he has done for our kids on and off the field. My own family knows the impact he has had on these players and the joy he brings to the game every single day.

Scott has really pushed Lily in her development as a player. We have been happy with his direction.
My son thought he was a very good coach. He organized excellent camps to help the players develop.
The board needs to support and make a commitment to the DOC. A program takes time to build and we are well on our way under Scott's direction. Switching directors every few years is not building our program...it's starting over once again. Please consider the input from parents and players who support Scott and the direction he is taking the club.
I think he has done a good job and it will be tough to find a better replacement.
Scott made a difference in our daughter’s experience. Club communication remains a challenge for customers.
I love the soccer discipline he brings to the team

We chose to pay & play for a coach & club that respects the commitment we play as a competitive team. Kids are all at different levels, but I respect the knowledge & experience Scott brought to the club. He trained the girls & gave his best & grew my daughter’s skills because she gives the commitment Scott demands...I don’t think that approach was wrong. I think parents should talk to their players & ask the tough question if they want to play at a competitive level, they need to own that to be successful (in any program or club)!
