Keep Ron. this isnt a Hipster show. We are not looking for dry humor just hockey.
The idea of replacing Ron MacLean with George Stroumboulopoulos is absurd. Ron is the face of HNIC. No more Ron equals no more Don Cherry. I can't see Cherry doing interviews with that clown.
Ron Maclean and Don Cherry are both , Canadiana icons , changing this after so many years , seems as disrespect to both hockey regulars as well as snubbing the fans of HNIC for being faithful viewers.
love george, totally appeals to younger generations, however if its broke dont fix it, ron has an upstanding track reacord and people love and respect him. not time for change just yet, let ron have this time, george's time will come
At least keep him and Don until they decide to jump ship. Those two are HNIC. Not a Stromboulopolous...?? fan at all, but surely there is another, more qualified replacement. Let Ron Maclean choose his successor as he would know what the fans want and not some corporate executive relying on his staff of spinwriters.

I will not watch pre game or intermission shows with the exception of coaches corner if strombolopolous is the host
