This man was a positive and unifying force on an often divided campus. His open, humble, honest and genuine interactions touched the lives of all who came in contact with him. This is a travesty! When i see that this man is losing his job at BGSU I am ashamed to call myself a falcon. A sad day is upon us.

Rich was always a person I looked to for advice almost like a grandfather when I was having rough days he would say something to make it ok again. I went to school at BGsU from 2010-2012

Rich was one of the nicest guys I ever met. Not just in BG but in my lifetime! If for whatever reason you guys have to do budget cuts , please help out Rich and allow him to still have a job doing something he love / interacting w/ the students
