Rich is one of the nicest and most compassionate men I have ever met. I rode the bus quite frequently while I was a student from 2005-2009, and Rich still remains in contact with me and so many other students. For this guy to say he felt he was being kicked to the curb broke my heart. This man is an icon at bgsu. He is very loyal and loves his job. Please do right by this man

Rich is the heart of BGSU! There were days I was stuggling to get through the day, seeing his smiling face and knowing he could remember my name like all the other students he saw everyday made all the difference. Let him keep the job he loves!

This is my grandpa , he’s by far the most caring person ever , I wouldn’t trade him for anything in the world !! My grandpa loves his job and once I graduated high school my grandpa would ask every person that said they graduated from my highschool if they knew me lol. My grandpa loves bowling green . Period

Rich was one of the first smiling faces I had at BGSU. His presence has become synonymous with falcon pride. Letting him go is not only a terrible mistake, but it goes against the better judgment of thousands of alumni who know the true impact of Rich’s kind words, or his happy birthday post, or even just that warm smile. Do better, BG!
