I cant believe that Nat West wants to close this branch. This branch means more to me than most as it used to be our family home before the Nat west took over the building in 1969. The building was built by my grandfather in 1923 and was 'Bridge Stores' between 1923 and 1969. Please, Please dont shut it!!!

Despite statements from NAT West, the nearest Post Office is at Heol Llanishen Fach. Not good for elderly residents!

The banks are all about generating a profit for their shareholders....never a thought for the community......people power will hopefully make them think again!

The only reason I have been a faithfully customer of Nat West for more than 20 years was its branch in the village and its staff. No branch no reason to stay with Nat West

I have read that Natwest's advice to customers is...do your banking at the Post Office in Heol Llanishen Fach. No. Your bank is where you want to do your business, not the Post Office.

We have already lost the Post Office and two other banks, much better to lose and estate agent. We are losing the village atmosphere.

Customer service should be paramount for this public owned bank, closing branches is not conducive to customer service. I would close my Nat West accounts as I need to use a local branch.

If Nat West closes in the village Rhiwbina will loose a valuable asset. It brings people to the village and therefore to the other businesses. I for one would close my bank accounts with Nat West and would use Rhiwbina village a lot less. We have already lost 2 banks and a building society. We need this branch.

This is the LAST financial institution we have left in Rhiwbina. Barclays, HSBC, the post office and the Principality building society have been ripped out from our community, don't take away our only bank!

We have already lost a bank, post office and building society. If we lose the remaining bank it would be a severe blow for Rhiwbina

Loss of yet another bank would be a blow to the village and make things far more difficult for older people and young families who would find it difficult to go to Whitchurch

It is hard to believe that the village of Rhiwbina is shortly to be without a bank or post office. How about the Co-op incorporating a post office within their store in the way that Spar has on Heel Llanishen Fach. That way we would have banking facilities as well.

Proposal/decision taken with only thought apparently for the £ sign, and not the loyal customers of the only bank in Rhiwbina...

Please do not close this Branch to do this would force me into having to change my bank after 20 years meaning a long journey to reach another destination.

Having the bank in the village was the reason I chose to open my children's accounts there. It was somewhere they could independently get to to become used to learning to save.
