I use this branch often as my original branch closed some time ago. It is the last bank in Rhiwbina and the staff will be missed by all those who use it. Nat West promised the branch would not be closed and it appears they are going back on their word!

Why take away a valuable asset to residents of Rhiwbina and surrounding area. I have used the bank for 38 years and enjoy communicating with a person. If the bank closes I will take my business elsewhere as will friends who bank at Natwest Rhiwbina.

I have been using this branch for 38yrs! It is poor judgement to close such a valuable asset to Rhiwbina Village. FACE to FACE is always best and with on line security under contant threat this facility gives this long time customer confidance.

This is a very sad day, so there will be no post office and no bank in Rhiwbina, this is a terrible suituation for all people who love using this bank and the very friendly staff. not all of us want or will use internet banking, as it is unsafe. I used LLandaff branch the other day and the service was terrible. I can not believe that Rhiwbina has lost custom as it is always busy when I go into it.

This would be another major loss to the facilities to Rhiwbina as many residents still wish to be able to have face to face conversations and business dealings with there LOCAL bank

I am a Natwest customer and use the bank regularly. I moved my account to Natwest so that I could use the counter service. I do not do internet banking

Fantastic local branch that serves the community , this closure will cause such hardship to residents who have nowhere else to get cash in the locality ...... Not another charity shop !!!

There is a social responsibility on Banks to keep the last branch in a village open
