Rhiwbina has so many elderly residents who can no longer drive and need to get to the bank. Please keep Rhiwbina Nat West open.

Once again the banks aren't thinking of the impact on the community - profit before people!

Rhiwbina has a large elderly population .The removal of the last bank is going to cause a lot of problems for people with mobility issues.

It is a disgrace that Nat West should consider closing the rhiwbina branch. It is the only remaining bank in the village and as there is no longer a post office either there will be no facility for face to face monetary transactions. So important to the elderly who may not be able to travel by car to a bank.

I can't believe that Natwest are planning on closing this bank. every time I go in there is a queue, it is well used, and the only bank in the village which does not have a Post office. Those without cars will have great difficulty, doesn't NatWest care? I truly hope the decision makers will think again.

We should retain the last surviving Rhiwbina bank.

Have always been a loyal NatWest customer since student days. I am appalled that the Bank (mostly owned by the tax payer) plan to desert Rhiwbina. For shame on you NatWest. Your branded literature is full of the use of the word 'fair'. Do you really think this is fair? I'm unconvinced - actions speak louder than words!

My son has Multiple Sclerosis but can independently use scooter to navigate way to bank. Longer journey would be more hazardous. Rhiwbina has high proportion of elderly and reduced mobility citizens.
