To loose this branch in Rhiwbina would be a sad loss for the village. Many people depend on it and need this facility. NOT EVERYONE BANKS ONLINE!

This closure would affect so many villagers negatively. Its been my main branch to bank with in the last 30 years I even opened my account there. The Rhiwbina branch is convenient for everyone in the area and access to it is much easier than some other banks in the North Cardiff district. The branch needs to be kept in the future plus a cashpoint.

Our NatWest bank is so important to our community. It facilitates the banking needs of the residents of Rhiwbina and surrounding area. The greatest percentage of residents are elderly and do not have the ability to bank elsewhere.

I moved to NatWest from Barclays when they closed their Rhiwbina branch.. Please don't close the Rhiwbina branch of NatWest

It will be most inconvenient to be losing two Nat West branches in North Cardiff; Not only that, but the staff at both Branches are amazing, their dedicated service and helpfulness to the older community will be a great loss, they give their assistance willingly. THEY ENJOY THEIR WORK AND THAT SHOWS IN THEIR Customer SERVICE!! I use both Branches and find parking at Rhiwbina Branch easy for quick visits on most days.
Isn't about time the Royal Bank of Scotland got their act together??.

I was very disappointed to hear this branch will be closing. I am disabled and would find using the other mentioned branches very difficult as there appears to be no customer parking available.

I am totally against all bank or post office closures-it's not everyone who has access to the internet. I remember that there is used to be a Barclays Bank in the village not that long ago.

I use this branch regularly as I live in Rhiwbina. The staff are so friendly and it always seems busy when I'm in there! It would be such a shame for the village, & particularly for its elderly residents, to see it close its doors.

Very disappointing news, this branch seems very popular and is extremely useful for Rhiwbina, the alternatives mean more travel and hassle. Agree the staff are brilliant.

This is sad as it is the only bank left in the village after many years. Many of the population of Rhiwbina are elderly and do not have online banking. Why should they travel to Whitchurch or Llanishen who have numerous branches.

Very disappointed with this proposal - this branch is so very useful being so local - it is always so busy and will no doubt create problems for many of the elderly customers in this area. The staff there are so very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Will be a real shame for this area.
