Please don't close this branch - we use it on a regular basis and are loyal NatWest customers.

How ridiculous to close the only bank left in the village. Local businesses need the security of knowing a bank at hand. Post office banking A no too many people queuing for stamps and pension not suitable for banking transactions. No privacy. Need to see a bank manager? Have to travel. Not everyone can travel or park in either Whitchurch or Llanishen where nearest branches are. Businesses want to bank when they can not when they can get time to travel to the nearest alternate localities or Cardiff. Time to think who is paying Nat West Staff wages - the loyal customers of Rhiwbina would account for much of that.

I changed to NatWest 'because' it was the only bank in our village - if this goes through, will obviously have to think again!

A customer for over 40 years, I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of consideration given to Rhiwbina by the Bank's over payed chief executives. Am now considering changing my bank.

Why is the commercial world so incredibly short-sighted and selfish that NatWest feels it necessary to close down the last bank branch in Rhiwbina? At one time there were 3 banks including Barclays and HSBC plus the Principality Bld. Soc. Why does NatWest not close a branch in either Llanishen or Whitchurch which are places with lots of other bank branches. There is not even a post office in Rhiwbina even though NatWest boasts about the new service that is offered at post offices. It is a thoroughly disgraceful and selfish act which NatWest should be made to feel utterly ashamed of.

This is the only bank in the village and there are a lot of older people in the area who use the bank.

The staff in this branch are lovely and the branch has a constant flow of customers. Why not close Whitchurch branch instead and let Rhiwbina keep something!

It is important that we keep this Natwest branch open. We have lost the Post Office, HSBC, Principality BS. Not everybody wants to bank online I actually like to talk to a human being.

It is vitalthat Natwest Bank bank is kept open.The last of the banks having lost the post office not everybody is able to do
online banking. Please consider the older people of this village.In the information Nat West provided, it mentions about being able to pay cheques etc in to your nearest post offce.......which we no longer have.

This would be a backward step by Natwest, this is a well used and a very busy branch of a well lknown Bank. PLEASE do not close it it is the only Bank in this lovely Village
