Please don't close this branch, I switched to Natwest, among other reasons because this branch is so close to me and so accessible. It has parking and the staff are so helpful! I was only in there this morning! Whenever I've been in there, there have always been other people in there so it is obviously used.

Come on Nat West, be proud to stay a bank and not just a faceless facility. Too many communities are being wrecked by traditional businesses disappearing from our streets.

Very disappointing that NatWest is prepared to remove the only bank in the village. They fail to understand that it is a community hub which, through its excellent staff, provides first class service to many customers every week. Yet another decision made by back room project managers who have no concept of, or desire to understand, the impact of their decisions on the communities they purport to serve.

Rhiwbina village needs a bank. Many people prefer face to face transactions especially the elderly. We have already been hit by losing the post office and building society.

I personally (for my own convenience) use an internet bank. However i am well aware the lack of any bank, post office or building society in Rhiwbina Village will cause a lot if distress to the large elderly population who also might not be as IT literate of myself. I was forced to rethink my banking system when Barclays closed.

Vital to keep this facility for both local residents and small businesses. We use this little local branch for business banking 3+ times per week and it's ALWAYS busy. Rhiwbina is a thriving, expanding and buoyant village and it is vital that this facility remains. If this branch closes, I will have no hesitancy in transferring my Business and Personal to the next closest alternative provider.
( Barclays). PLEASE NATWEST- GIVE THIS CAREFUL CONSIDERATION AND RE-THINK !

We need to keep this for all sorts of reasons. Banking in the village working relationship with bank and people need it especially the less mobile customers.

What's happening??? no post office, no bank, how about people who don't have transport. Really unbelievable. such a nice little branch, staff really nice and friendly.

Please, please keep it open, we'll be left with nothing in the village. People who don't drive can't get to the other branches in Llanishen or Whitchurch. Most inconvenient.
