I'm supposed to believe the decision to let Sr Rana go was made by fully functioning, sober human beings? A 4 month old monkey with 5% of its prefrontal cortex could see how ridiculous this is.
Sr Rana has been nothing short of astounding. Again and again, she's done nothing but the best. She's a massive inspiration for others and not only strives to achieve success, but to push her students and the people around her to do the same. I would know. The passion she radiates in everything she does makes you realize the shockingly high number of teachers that puts no care in their work. She took initiatives that most would never dream of taking, partly because they don't hold the same passion Sr Rana does. Her work ethic and self respect embodies that of an angel. Every interaction that I've had the pleasure of participating (and witnessing) with her, shows the brilliant energy she brings (Seriously, does this woman never stop smiling?) The combination of everything great about Sr Rana and her commitment to her deen proves that Islam is a wonderful religion, and more should follow her steps. If everything pure and positive in this world could take the form of a human being, it would be Sr Rana.
Its sad to see the pure talent being wasted. The people that contributed to her leaving would surely do better in a circus; That way, you'd at least be contributing to society even a little bit. Absolute clowns.
If nothing changes, perhaps its for the better. Inshallah, Sr Rana finds an even better purpose that she will fulfill in an environment full of people that can truly apppreciate her work.

So tell us, because you can’t shush us here! Did you really think of the consequences before doing what you have done? No conscience I see. TYPICAL! You are going to regret this, losing a principal, a Muslim sister in Islam, that inspires her students and staff, that cares for them, unlike you! She has a community that loves and supports her. God never lets the unjust and oppressors win, if not today or tomorrow, on the Day of Judgement will suffice. God plans and plots better than you plan and plot!
Have fun when there are no parents wanting their students to enrol in a cursed school, I mean we have been waiting for how many years for this new school? More like a barren wasteland of mud, no students mean no teachers, and no teachers mean an empty school! Which gladly means no funding or money to fall into your pockets!!!!!!!!

A good leader will excel and benefit those who are deserving. Rana’s leadership is by far the most sincere and excellent I’ve had the honour of witnessing. The question is, does Al-Ameen school community value what she has brought to the college?

Contracts of 2 years for Principal is not practical. Why don't regulate it at 5 years renewable as the common practice? 2 years is too short to make progress. The new person will not continue his predecessor's goals, so what is the point of a principal then?
