Please follow and implement Vision 2035. If we allow a PUD in R/A land, we set the precedent for any developer to build anything in the rural areas of Columbia County and lose part of the appeal of our diverse and wonderful county.

Move to Vision 2035 plan recommendations for 5 acre minimum lot !It is in the 2018 recommendation section of the plan.

We don't want or need what Columbia county is trying to bring to the Harlem/Appling area!!! We want to keep it the way it is!!!!
