Professor Wender has been one of the BEST professors that I have had the pleasure to have while here at UW. His humor and knowledge are both expansive. This is a horrible decision.

Dr. Wender was the best professor I have ever had in college... And I wasn't even an LSJ major. He is the only professor I have ever recommended to anyone and everyone, and to lose him would do a disservice to the students of the UW!

An amazing professor! AMAZING! I had him my Sophomore year, and loved his class! He's one of the reasons I chose to take the LSJ path and now I'm at Columbia for grad school! Do you really not want to keep an amazing and inspiring role model in your department? KEEP PROF Wender!!!

He's one of the best teachers I have ever had at UW. He has made learning worthwhile and I continue to use the concepts he teaches in all aspects of my coursework.

I've never had him as a teacher personally but I've heard amazing things about him and I wouldn't want people who care so much about him to lose such a wonderful teacher!
