Thus guy was an excellent professor to my son and his peers. He learned so much. Sad that UW is letting him go.

Professor Wender has been the best LSJ professor I have ever had, and I have taken six LSJ classes now. I promise, releaseing Professor Wender would be a huge mistake and would be a detriment to the entire LSJ and Sociology departments

Excellent professor at a large university in large classrooms, who genuinely cares about every student's ability to learn, master, and appreciate the material.

Professor Wender is one of the best professors I have had during my education at UW. Genuinely cares for his students and brought great enthusiasm to teach us every single day. Sad to see the administration not to renew his K.

Jonathan's Intro to Criminal Justice class was beyond fascinating. He taught me to think outside the box, to challenge everything we knew and thought, and to see society in a way that is hardly ever presented by other professors. His class was captivating, and you can tell that he is passionate about his career, his students, and the subjects he teaches. Even though I only took one class with him, I would consider him one of the best professors I had at UW. UW and the LSJ/Soc department are making a terrible mistake by letting him go.

Wender is one of my favorite professors at UW because he is so engaging and sparked my interest in social sciences. I am extremely disappointed that they chose not to renew his contact when he is obviously well liked and appreciated by his students.

Professor Wender was one of my biggest inspirations throughout the whole UW process. His methods of teaching were unique and very engaging. He was the best teacher I've ever had and he's one of the best at what he does. Why the UW would choose not to keep him is a huge mistake. We love Professor Wender! He brings a new teaching style to the table, one that students love and is very hands on.
