This development will tax the county resources and especially the water. I also think the proposed traffic solution is awful and does not address the safty on Paige Road.

I won't be able to attend the Board of Supervisors meeting on Oct 28, but I am opposed to high density development in Powhatan.

This type of project will begin the eroding away of the rural foundation that is the core of Powhatan County....This is why we live here. The residents do not want to follow in the footsteps of Broad Street, Henrico or Hull Street, Chesterfield....too many houses/businesses in too small of an area brings too much congestion. Once you start down a path of poor development practices, where will it take you....Please rethink, revisit, and revise this project.

I live less than half mile from this project. Moved here because of the peace and quiet. Do not allow this project that does not come close to meeting the county standards.

The u turn on 60 already is an accident waiting to happen. This type of high density is antithetical to the character of Powhatan County. It is unwanted and inadvisable.
