I do NOT want any development going in on Page Road. Page Road. Manakintown Ferry Road CANNOT handle anymore cars. Our schools are almost at capacity now.

Shame on the BoS for even considering this development. Living off Page Road for almost two years has been our piece of heaven. We left Chesterfield County exactly for this reason. No No No

Too many reasons this shouldn’t happen! Not in the best interest of Powhatan County or its residents!

No to this plan. Not in Powhatan. Better suited in Chesterfield Co. Keep Powhatan rural. We already have too many storage places, let's take some control.

There is absolutely no reasoning or advantages that I can think of for this housing to be in Powhatan. Route 60 especially at the county line is already way too congested and dangerous. This would only add to that problem. I am also concerned at how quickly it would fill up the capacity of our schools.
