I do NOT want high density housing coming into the county. I love Powhatan and graduated from PHS back in 1998. We enjoy being a small community. PLEASE DO NOT let us become the next Chesterfield. I moved away from Chesterfield because I preferred the small community.

We moved to Powhatan from Chesterfield to get AWAY from this kind of housing & the terrible amount of traffic it brings. This is a bad move for Powhatan which will only increase traffic & burden the county services & school system without much benefit to Powhatan as these residents will most likely shop in Chesterfield.

We do NOT need 249 homes on Page Road plus the commercial center. Please vote No and keep us a rural county. Village residential belongs only in the village area.
