Please re-think your decision to cut back on the hours of Polka Music. It is happy music and a welcome change to all other music and talk heard every day. Thank you!

Polka music has been an important part of our lives for over50 years and continues to be a staple of entertainment every Sat. and Sun. on WMUA.

This is an example of white priviledge by shutting down the native community voice the outsiders from Boston are showing their white priviledge power and they don't even have a clue. That's the sad part.

I have listened to and supported financially to the fund drives every year. To take the Saturday Polka shows of Belina and Moskel of the air is a disgrace to the Polish heritage.

Chances are that those who made this decision never even listened to the polka shows - or paid attention to the fund raiser and those loyal fans who appreciate the music and therefore support the station. A very bad decision

I hope both Mitch and Billy can stay on the air. Both gentlemen were the mainstay of polka during my time at WMUA in the early 2000s

Umass prides itself in being a good neighbor and supporting cultural diversity. Their decision to severely curtail Polish programming runs counter to these goals. I feel it is important for Umass to continue to support and preserve an important part of the historical cultural richness of the Pioneer Valley.

Something good is done all these years to entertain everyone and they want to kill it. What's wrong with this picture?
