Keep Piedmont, Wayne County Missouri Wal-Mart Open!

Please stay open

I go and visit my step kids and while I'm there I can get my things at Walmart instead going home and go 33 miles away when I could have gone their in cruthersville.while I was their. It help out a lot. I hope walmart in cruthersville will remain open. Plus if one walmart doesn't have a product the other one us ally has it. Cape is way to far for residents who can't afford to drive to cape.

Keep our Piedmont Walmart open, sometimes I need to just pick something up quick and everything else is closed on a Saturday in Piedmont at noon, but Walmart is open.

This small community is my home town. When I was a youngster, all the mom-and-pop stores were thriving. I wasn't there when Wal-Mart came to town, but I know the local stores could not compete and eventually closed, thus making the town dependent on Walmart. The corporate philosophy of Walmart has drastically changed since Sam died and they no longer care anything about being a service to the communities. It's all about making more and customer service less. They have single-handedly destroyed the economy of hundreds of small towns across our country.

When I was growing up, my family would always stop at the walmart before going to clear water lake. I believe this will hurt the community.

All the smaller stores have to go out of business in these small towns when Wal-Mart comes to town. So please re-sign the lease and keep this Wal-Mart in Piedmont.

Our community needs this store, wish Sam was still alive, he would listen!

Don't take a big part of Piedmont'so livelyhood

I don't live in piedmont but I know that a lot of people depend on this store. It's the only major store in their community. Even if they're transferred to other locations, that's a long drive for a lot of people.

this store is one of the highlights for everyone in that area and as a camper we love to go there will be a great loss

Please keep the Piedmont Wal-Mart open. It's closure would be devastating to the community.

Keep this Walmart open, only thing in that town other than dollar store to buy clothes and other needs...

It's a great asset to the community. My family frequents the area during camping season and always shop at Piedmont Walmart. I'd hate to see this small town lose the jobs.

Please keep Walmart in Piedmont open.
