Keep Piedmont, Wayne County Missouri Wal-Mart Open!

We need this store as well as all the tourists Clearwater Lake attracts every year. Please reconsider!

I would love to keep this Walmart open a very good resource for the community and the closest one to my area.

My family lives in Piedmont and really need Wal-Mart there. Closing Wal-Mart will make people move away from Piedmont. I don't think they need even MORE people to move away! What about the elderly who can't drive 50 miles???

We need this Wal Mart!

I work local and ejoy being able to sjop local. Our community will dwindle by not having at least one big corprate store.

This will not only hurt family's of employees. But locals who cannot afford to drive 50+ miles to receive goods and services.

My family and I live in Ellington mo. There is very little available in our area, as far as places to get the essentials needed for everyday living. There are even fewer places in our very rural area to get a decent job. We need the Walmart in Piedmont mo to stay. Its difficult for some families to make it now, it will be impossible for some to make it with less jobs and having to drive further to get basic everyday needs.

This will hurt Piedmont I know for a fact it makes good money but it would hurt all the workers and campers.

Please keep walmart in Piedmont!! It is so handy to have there as we travel down to the lake!!

We need our walmart. With out it there is no extra business brought into town. We have 75 people that is from our community that work there. We are a poverty-stricken town already. If you close this store our town will be done. When walmart came to town it shut down all our little shops in town. All we have is walmart. If it leaves piedmont will be a ghost town and other small business will go under also. We depend on the people from out of town it draws. Without out side towns people other small business will close too. Please save our walmart. Ty tammy

Keep Walmart in piedmont!!!! We don't have much and it's a major inconvenience to have to drive an hour either way to be able to get something from Walmart like shampoo, tampoons, or makeup!!!!!!

Keep Wal-Mart open

Closing this store will cause the elderly to go without meds because they don't leave town. It will also cause those same elderly people to have to find rides to other an hours drive each way in either direction.

I heard that you are closing because of all the shoplifting. It is sad that those thieves ruin it for everyone else. There are many who are elderly or disabled who are unable to make the drive to Cape, Poplar Bluff, Fredricktown or Farmington. Please keep the Walmart in Piedmont, MO open. We NEED it. All we have here is a grocery store and Dollar General. Everything else is 45 min. to an hour and a half away.

This community relies on this store for just about everything.
