Fabulous small business which should be totally supported by Essex County Council, was an absolute life saver during this awful last few years for our community

Would be such a shame to lose a brilliant asset to South Woodham Ferrers. Nothing else like it next to the river

This is one of the best places to enjoy good food and a lovely place

This is killing enterprise. Phoebe’s has become a South Woodham success story through sheer hard work and determination. Why price them out of the market? A young girl’s enterprising business, why kill it?

Phoebe Pantry is an assett to not only our town but to all the people that visit for a stroll along the river & Marsh Farm Country Park. This business deserves to stay & grow

Lovely place woodham wants them to stay!!

This is a fantastic friendly business that has definitely want their pitch. I would not visit the area if Phoebe's Pantry wasn't there.

This is a great local business and our only facility by the river. A small plot in a car park, why would it be priced out. It must stay!!

Terrible decision for all

This is a much loved a needed community facility, that offers great service a fantastic prices. We have no facilities on the River were we can relax and enjoy the beauty on our door step. This needs to be a permanent business. One that caters for all and gives exceptional value for money. It is kept tidy and bring people together. It is just ridiculous not to let them continue. Please reconsider.

A small local business that supports and is much loved by the local residents. To take this asset away from the area would be detrimental to the community and those that live there.

Typical that something people use and enjoy will be taken away. Please change this decision.

Shame on you ECC! This is an absolute gem in South Woodham Ferrers. Surely a reduced fee is better than pricing someone out of business? What is your problem?

This has made our river lovely to visit. It’s nice to buy homemade cake from a young girl who has made an effort to start a small business.
