A real treat as you go for a wander along the river. It's crucial small independent businesses get support not priced out. The success is through their hard work not for the local authority to try and capitalise!

Keep this wonderful business

This is a much loved and needed little business Why does it have to be taken away from the community Money isn’t everything

This is such a fantastic little place and has so many users! It would be an absolute catastrophe if it didn’t open again.

Completely at a loss why this decision is made. A fabulous family run business serving our local community alongside our beautiful riverside. They’re not in competition with anyone yet to be honest the whole area is missing out on a permanent refreshments venue. What harm are they doing? Their facilities are incredible down to the different recycling/waste containers on site

ECC don’t care about this small business and how it has brought so much pleasure for the local community and they deserve to a reprieve.

The local area would not be the same without Phebes Pantry. Lots of us go there. Whatever happened to supporting our local businesses. Please rethink this decision.

ECC why would you think this is the right thing to do, for the locals you serve?

A local small business that you are trying to price out of their pitch. Shame on you ECC

Keep Pheobies ECC should be supporting small business, especially after surviving a pandemic. This an utterly disgusting decision.

Phoebe’s Pantry is our family’s weekly test whilst walking our dog. Phoebe and her mother are absolutely wonderful and always make us feel so welcome. They are the reason we walk along the river! It’s so wonderful to have this pop up bakery in our town! Please don’t make them move!!!!!!

Phoebes pantry is a fantastic small business that gives so much pleasure to their customers & is an asset to SWF & is very much needed.

I am shocked and dismayed that a small family business that is providing a service to the community is being penalised in this way. South Woodham Ferrers does not have many community based amenities that are not part of a larger corporation . Phoebe's pantry provide an amazing service and are situated where it has a positive impact on the surroundings and yet are going to be priced out. It sounds like another way that South Woodham Ferrers loses and people who won't be affected get to make the decisions. Or is it all about getting a bigger slice of the pie if so shame on ECC
