Let support local businesses and not take advantage of the good the growth they have bought to the area, just for profit. Keep Phoebe Pantey open. We need more enterprising business like this.

Absolutely bloody awful decision! Another kick in the teeth for the whole of South Woodham and surrounding areas. It would seem ECC are going out of their way to piss off the people of this town. But never mind keep screwing us for top dollar council tax with little reward for the residents of the town.

Phoebe's Pantry is a well loved small business that is an asset to our town. Many residents love to walk along the river and stop for a cup of tea and a piece of cake, and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
I think this decision is a disgrace, and should be preceded.

This is a fantastic little business that is long term south woodham residents have been begging for. Do not price them out !!! Support them. There will not be a single person in south woodham who disagrees. We pay your wages - do as we want.
