Phoebe’s Pantry is a much needed asset and the riverside spot is the perfect place for visitors to stop and relax. We don’t want to lose it!

Absolutely shocking decision to now put a small profit business out of business

I only walk and visit the area for a cuppa and a cake, often a takeaway cake and meet people to chat to, it’s been a god send with the last two years. Nothing else there, no other social activity so guess it’s time to find another such outlet in similar surroundings

This is a real asset to our town, everyone loves phoebe's. It's a disgrace what's been done to this small business.

ECC should be supporting entrepreneurial businesses that have suffered horrendously at the hands of politicians for the past 2 years. Phoebe’s Pantry doesn’t provide just something nice to eat and drink whilst enjoying watching the world go by, it has no doubt had a positive effect on many of its customers mental health, something seriously affected again by the actions of those in power for the past 2 years. Do not compound your ineptness ECC by destroying a fledgling business that contributes so positively to the community

'Phoebe's Pantry' is a gem. It is cherished by our town. ECC should be supporting small businesses not pricing them out of existence. Am appalled at their decision.

This is an outrageous decision by ECC! Phoebe’s pantry is a massive asset to SWF & the area in general. I thought we were all for supporting the small business. Utterly appalling behaviour ECC!
