Please allow Phoebes Pantry to continue to operate as a business in the conditions of which it started. It is such a positive commodity for our town and loved by all locals and visitors alike.

The town adores this business. They took a risk building a business where I don't recall ANYONE ever having made a success of it there before them. Encourage rather than trying to teach someone a lesson.

Phoebe’s Pantry is a fabulous small business in SWF, and ECC should be proud of it rather than trying to shut it down.

Disgraceful behaviour from the council . Weren't interested until someone put the effort in to get a successful business up and running . With no support now it's proved viable they're jumping on the back of someone else's hard work

What an absolute shame it’s come to this where a small local business is threatened with closure due to a hike in rates, not only does it bring local people to the area where they can enjoy lovely walks or cycling along the front which in itself us great for mental health. Don’t think this has been thought throw correctly with the effect it will have on a local community

Why shut something that the people of southwoodham and afar come and get. It’s such a lovely well run establishment.
