Keep Phoebe’s Pantry in South Woodham Ferrers

This lady’s little business does the best cakes and teas and coffees I live nearby and often pop in when I’m walking my dog Essex county council hang your head in shame Nobody wants an ice cream can or a burger van in this spot Your destroying small business in our lovely little town I’m so angry about this

Please please reconsider your decision ECC. Phoebes Pantry is more than just a coffee/cake stop. Please save this brilliant business.

Love sitting by the river after a long walk and enjoying Phoebes Pantry coffee and delicious cakes - nowhere like it on the SWF side of the river - keep it open and show support for a local business that is very popular

Please keep phobies pantry at the river south Woodham ferrers. This would be a massive loss for our community. Please do not take this enjoyment away from our town.

This is a beautiful pantry and attracts us to the area! There are no other facilities to use.

What a brave, novel , enterprising business , providing a delightful meeting or resting place, serving delicious refreshments for many Riverside visitors. It would be great to see the ECC encourage and support such a great idea for our locals to continue to enjoy.

Devastated to hear that Phoebes Pantry is being forced out of their current pitch by the river in South Woodham Ferrers. This should not be allowed to happen. It’s a lovely small business which is good for the community.

I think it’s terrible , short sighted , making phoebes pantry, to leave SWF . I meet friends here , have coffee and cake , Sri so many people enjoying doing this !

This place is a reason I come and spend my money in South Woodham. They need to stay.

They have built this small business on friendliness and value for money and deserve to stay!

This is not just a small business which has strived to survive lockdown. It is has made a positive impact on the community. My parents live in SWF and can’t travel far so - this is a well-being hub bringing people together and supporting mental health. I would hope that the council would therefore put the needs of the community before financial gain.

Please do not out price local businesses especially after the hard work and commitment that Phoebe's has given to the local community. Support small businesses!!!

Such a shame that such a fantastic small business that brings so much happiness to do many people is being penalised by the ECC instead of being supported!
