Phoebe's pantry brings our community together. We enjoy the wonderful cakes whilst sitting by the river with our dogs chatting with total strangers and enjoying everyone's company. We cannot loose this.

How can you justify pricing out this business which costs you nothing and I assume brings you in some revenue. Phoebes has put SWF riverside parking untold visitors

Keep Phoebes open. ECC - put an end to your ridiculous decisions putting small business at risk. What rationale do you have? Reckless decision obviously by people who are disconnected from communities they are suppose to serve.

Why oh why does the Council need to interfere with a small business - trading minimally (hours wise) and completely environmentally friendly - plus totally supported and enjoyed by both the local community and those of us who travel further to enjoy!

This small business has filled a need for a number of years. South Woodham Ferrers council portrayed the town as a riverside development but has done nothing to encourage that concept. The presence of Phoebes Pantry has at least in a small way helped attract people to the riverside.
