Don has stood up to the scum Living here and he has rid this place of the filth. Think back people how bad it was before Don.....?!? Don has put his life on the line for this community. Don is an asset and we need to keep him aboard. What/Who is behind this? Is there more information that we need to be aware of?

To the HOA,
You may save a few pennies here and now with a cheaper service, but when the neighborhood isn't as safe and your new cheaper security doesn't really care about the community, how much is that going to cost you in the long run.
Don's proven he is reliable and he cares. Stick with someone who cares about the community and has done a good job for years!

Don is an amazing person and actually cares about the families that live here. He is one that I called when some drunk guy was running through the complex, pounding on the cars, including mine, while I was in it! The one I called to go by my house and check on my daughters on the night of the fires because I was at work about 45 minutes away and the power was out so my children had way to charge their phones. The one that we call when someone’s screaming in the next building because we know the police sometimes don’t take calls at our complex seriously. Everyone here has respect for him and feels safe because of who he is! Replacing him would be a detriment to the community!!!

Don is great guy does a lot for this community to bring a stranger to take over would not be a good idea just to pay someone cheaper as much that everyone pays for these condos HOA has the money he moves they need to lower the payments as well where paying to be somewhere safe not like how it was before these apartments will go back to that if Don leaves

Don is really great I can safely take walks around the building I can go to my car back and forth to get my groceries my kids are safe I know don is a call away if we need anything we can’t let Don go that would be so wrong that’s like giving us 30 days to go find a other home to purchase so we can be safe Don can’t go this community will fall apart it’s wrong what they want to do I can’t imag

Get rid of your maintenance guys and pay Don more he is too good to your tenants why would you want a bad reputation again as much as what don has done for this community our children are safe and are able to play outside and be kids no need to worry about gangs or drugs like before don is in control and does his best he’s a great guy

One thing for sure you guys would be stupid to get rid of such a great Security guard someone who does there job your maintenance people are the ones you should give a lower pay or find different workers Don does his job those guys take 2 hour luches the main guy just walks around on his phone all day you ask them for something they take days to fix it. Get rid of Don that something wrong to do you people must not care about his community

When I herd about how these condos where before I definitely would of never moved here especially because of the kids safety once a family member moved in and the 3 year experience they had with Don I seen so much changes I found a place at pepper tree and moved in Don is great he keeps us safe when ever we call he comes fast..
