Keep Peppertree safe!

Don is the best to get rid of him would be wrong this community would go back to the way it was drugs gang Menéndez because of him our children is safe think of our children safety first people there so many children around here and they love don we can’t let him go there safety is first

Don is the best and would not want to change him I feel more safe for my children because of him thanks don for keeping this community safe

Don does so much to help residents feel safe and secure, stop being greedy by trying to replace him with cheaper service!

Don has been there for us for as long as we have been there in 1401. There has been many of times he has walked me and my daughter home late at night when we had to park way down the alley. . He has always been there when needed. No matter what time of day or night. He is the best security gaurd you have there . . You would be a fool to get let him go. Keep him. There. We feel safer there with him there.

He's a great guy! He's so nice & he's great and keeping everyone safe! Don't let him go! Keep him please. He keeps my family safe! I have nieces and nephews and without him that place would be very unsafe!

I’ve been living here for 6 years , when we first moved in we encountered ALOT of drugs / thugs we moved into a different condo Don was stating out we could call him anytime he is SO helpful and fair we’ve felt safer with him here he knows pretty much everything that’s going on and keeps informed so that he can better serve us . Please don’t get rid of him . Maybe the HOA should focus on the future of the children that live here and make this a smokeless environment cigarette smoke kills and it comes in our home it’s disgusting.

I feel much safer knowing Don is patrolling our neighborhood. I know his presence is necessary and is the main reason this complex is in the state it currently is; much better than it was several years ago. Getting rid of the security will negatively alter the community atmosphere in Peppertree.

Don can’t be replaced with some cheap contracted service!!! He knows every single person and everyone has trust and confidence in the residents

Without Don our community will see more crime and violence and vandalism we need him here a different company is not going to be comparable to Don! He knows people in the community he takes time to know these people and he is always there when you need him! Even when he is off duty he is there to answer questions or concerns! We Want Don to Stay and we should have a choice!!

I have been in Peppertree going on almost 8 years now and this has been the safest it has ever been. If we lose Don just to save money you the people on the Board do not care for the safety of the people that live here but care more about saving money for yourselfs, so what is it.... Save Money or Have Safety
