I really appreciate having the same security guard who has gotten to know me and gotten to know the neighborhood, and when I mention an issue he's already on it.

Don is a great security officer. He's armed with with fire arm and a body camera just in case he needs to use any of the 2. We've talked many of times and we would talk about him calling PD and having them dispatched to the PEPPERTREE area to service anything that is needed. Very sad to see the HOA is being cheap and trying to get rid of DON. He needs to stay cause every problem I have I always call him and he's on it. Do not get rid of him.

We need a constant presences on our complex!!! We need “Don” to be their for us throughout the night so that we all can sleep sound through out the night in “our community”!!! Drive by security will b a Joke!!! If u want crime rate to go up. And property value to go down then get rid of our security! But if u want to continue to see our crime rate lower and our property value to continue to climb! Keep Don!!!

Please don’t get rid of Don! He has been helping this place stay safe better then some other security service can because he is part of the pepper tree community! This owes it safety to him and is one of the reasons we fell safe here in this place!

Peppertree condos have improved tremendously in crime reduction making it much safer now than ever before. Don not only does security he gets involved in all issues as they arise yo help all who live here. His knowledge and expertise in security is worth every penny spent you get what you pay so saving a penny will compromise the safety of our community. Please don't compromise the best security since I have been hete 11 years and since Don has been here I have only felt safe . compromising jeopardizes everyone's safety and will be I g the value down of our now beautiful community.

Don has really made a difference for the better in our community. I believe that the changes and the calmness that is here now is because if Don. He has always been available when there has been an occurrence that needs to be looked into and is just a phone call away. To not have him here and replaced with a company that while drive through a couple of times during the evening is ridiculous especially since it has been tried already in the past with Dragon Chuck Security. Peppertree needs Don .

I have 2 small children and I need to feel safe. Don has been extremely instrumental in my feeling safe. I had someone try to break into my bedroom window while I was sleeping and Don was very quick to respond because he knows me and my family, which unit we live in, which parking spot is ours, ongoing crime with our unit being targeted, etc. I will be very upset if he is let go.

Don keeps everything under control. We were robbed twice and Don has been instrumental in keeping trouble away from PepperTree.
